Kirkland Advises TPG Real Estate on the Successful Tender Offer and the Acquisition of a Majority Stake in Studio Babelsberg AG
Kirkland & Ellis has advised TPG Real Estate Partners (TREP) on the successful tender offer for shares in Studio Babelsberg AG and the acquisition of a majority stake from Dr. Carl L. Woebcken and Mr. Christoph Fisser, CEO and COO of Studio Babelsberg respectively.
TREP is the dedicated real estate equity investment platform of global alternative asset firm TPG.
Studio Babelsberg AG is the oldest large-scale film studio in the world and the cradle of German film.
