Kirkland Advises RedTeam Software on Acquisition of PASKR Inc.
Kirkland & Ellis advised RedTeam Software, LLC, a construction management software provider, on its acquisition of PASKR Inc., a cloud-based construction management solution. This acquisition is the latest in a series of strategic moves by RedTeam to consolidate its position as the premier construction platform provider for small and mid-sized commercial construction contractors. Financial terms were not disclosed.
