Kirkland Advises Sundance Energy on Sale of its Assets to SilverBow for $354 Million and up to $15 Million in Contingent Payments

Kirkland & Ellis counseled Sundance Energy, Inc. on its definitive agreement for SilverBow Resources, Inc. (NYSE: SBOW) to acquire substantially all of the assets of Sundance Energy and certain affiliated entities for a total purchase price of $354 million (consisting of $225 million of cash and ~4.1 million shares of SilverBow common stock) and up to $15 million of contingent payments based on future commodity prices.
