Kirkland Advises Five Arrows, TA Associates and Nordic Capital-Backed RLDatix on Acquisition of Porzio Life Sciences
Kirkland & Ellis counseled RLDatix, a portfolio company of Five Arrows, TA Associates and Nordic Capital, on the acquisition of Porzio Life Sciences, LLC (PLS), a market leader in compliance solutions for the life sciences industry. Combined with RLDatix’s existing governance, risk, compliance and workforce management offerings, PLS broadens its capabilities across life sciences and provides a comprehensive set of tools at global scale.
The Kirkland deal was led by corporate partner James Brownstein and associates Peter Banyai and David Nelkin, and included corporate partner Sean Kramer; debt finance partners Brian Ford, Neel Sachdev, Daniel Borg and Alexander van der Gaag; and tax partner Vincent Thorn.
