Kirkland Advises Thoma Bravo on UserTesting Acquisition

Kirkland & Ellis represented Thoma Bravo in its definitive agreement to acquire UserTesting (Nasdaq: USER), a leader in video-based human insight, alongside Sunstone Partners for $7.50 per share. The transaction, which was announced on October 27, 2022, values UserTesting at $1.3 billion. Following closing, UserTesting will operate as a privately held company.
