Kirkland Represents Providence Equity Partners on Investment in Wasserman
Kirkland & Ellis advised Providence Equity Partners, a premier private equity firm specializing in growth-oriented investments in media, communications, education and technology, on its strategic investment in Wasserman, a global sports, music and culture agency. The investment from Providence will be used to provide capital to pursue growth initiatives and to fully redeem certain prior investors, who will exit. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
