Kirkland Counsels LEMOINE on Purchase of Macro Companies
Kirkland & Ellis advised LEMOINE, a Bernhard Capital Partners portfolio company and a leading full-service construction management and disaster recovery firm, on its decision to acquire Macro Companies, one of the largest emergency fuel and water suppliers in the world.
