Kirkland Represents Focus Impact on Business Combination with DevvStream

Kirkland & Ellis is advising special purpose acquisition company Focus Impact (NASDAQ: FIAC) on its announced business combination with carbon streaming company DevvStream Holdings Inc. The transaction was announced September 13. DevvStream develops and manages technology-based carbon credits and other sustainability solutions through partnering with governments and corporations. Focus Impact was created to amplify social impact through a business combination. Focus Impact will be renamed DevvStream Corp. and will trade on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “DEVS”.
