Kirkland Advises Bluebird Fiber on Agreement to Acquire Everstream
Kirkland & Ellis advised Bluebird Fiber, a leading provider of fiber-based connectivity solutions, on an agreement to acquire substantially all of the operations of Everstream, a business-only fiber network. To complete the transaction in an efficient manner, Everstream and certain of its affiliates commenced voluntary chapter 11 proceedings in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
