Kirkland Represents Argano on Acquisition of Anavate Partners
Kirkland & Ellis advised Argano, a digital services consultancy focused exclusively on high performance business operations, on its acquisition of Anavate Partners, a specialized global consulting firm with expertise in cloud-based planning and forecasting solutions, specifically Anaplan. The acquisition advances Argano’s 2025 strategic growth plan and follows recent additions of Attentis, Real Dynamics and Netlogistik. Kirkland also advised Argano on these transactions.
