Kirkland Advises Argano on Acquisition of HyBridge Solutions
Kirkland & Ellis advised Argano, the world’s first and largest Global Specialist Consultancy, on its acquisition of HyBridge Solutions. The acquisition expands Argano’s capabilities in the quickly evolving healthcare sector, and adds to its presence in performance consulting, augmenting the benefits from Netlogistik, Anavate and Twelve, which joined Argano in the last quarter. Kirkland also advised Argano on these acquisitions.
