Kirkland Represents Improving on Acquisition of MangoChango

Kirkland & Ellis advised Improving, a modern digital services organization, on its definitive agreement to acquire MangoChango, a Dallas-based near-shore technology consulting and custom software development company specializing in architecture, infrastructure and product delivery. With a primary workforce located in Guatemala, the acquisition of MangoChango will further expand Improving’s presence and workforce in LATAM.
