Kirkland Advises Consortium on Proposal to Take ANE (Cayman) Inc. Private

Kirkland & Ellis is advising a consortium comprising Centurium Capital, Temasek and True Light on their proposal to delist ANE (Cayman) Inc. (stock code: 9956) from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by way of a scheme of arrangement. ANE is a leading express freight network operator in China’s less-than-truckload market. The proposal values ANE at approximately US$1.84 billion on an equity value basis.
