Kirkland Advises FFL Partners on Investment in Janus RX
Kirkland & Ellis advised FFL Partners, a private equity firm focused on growth investments in healthcare and tech-enabled business services companies, on its investment in Janus RX, LLC, a rapidly growing behavioral pharmacy with more than 40 locations across 19 states. Terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
