Kirkland Advises Fortress on Private Credit Refinancing for Overseas Adventure Travel

Kirkland & Ellis advised Fortress Investment Group as funds managed by its affiliates (Fortress) provided a term loan as part of a $240 million senior secured credit facility to Overseas Adventure Travel. Fortress served as sole arranger on the credit facility, and as admin agent and sole lender on the $220 million term loan.

Overseas Adventure Travel (O.A.T.) is a family-owned tour operator offering adventures by land and by sea. The transaction provides enhanced financial flexibility for O.A.T. as it invests in future growth and innovation.
