Kirkland Advises Sage Surface Partners on Acquisition of Pavement Maintenance, Inc.

Kirkland & Ellis advised Sage Surface Partners (Sage), Trinity Hunt Partners’ newly established commercial paving services platform, on its acquisition of Pavement Maintenance, Inc. Sage’s acquisition of Pavement Maintenance builds on its recent partnership with DACS Asphalt & Concrete and will expand Sage’s presence into the Pacific Northwest region.
