Kirkland Advised HGGC on Sale of Remaining Stake in Better Being Co.
Kirkland & Ellis advised private equity firm HGGC on the sale of its remaining stake in Better Being Co., LLC, a vertically integrated manufacturer, marketer and distributor of branded dietary supplements and personal care products, to a syndicate of global investors led by Snapdragon Capital Partners, LLC. The transaction was announced on December 16, 2025.
