Kirkland Advises Bain Capital on Investment in Tingstad

Kirkland & Ellis is advising Bain Capital on its investment in Tingstad, a leading Swedish family-owned specialist distributor of non-food consumables. The investment is made by Bain Capital’s Private Equity team in Europe, and Vinge acted as Swedish counsel.

Bain Capital will acquire a majority stake in Tingstad partnering with owner Paul Jigberg, who will retain a minority ownership stake, as well as the leadership team and employees, to support the company’s next phase of growth.
