Kirkland Advises Banijay Group and Banijay Entertainment on Financing to Merge Banijay Entertainment and All3Media

Kirkland & Ellis is advising Banijay Group (AMS: NJ) and Banijay Entertainment on the financing for Banijay Entertainment’s combination with All3Media. The transaction will create a combined group with revenues exceeding €7.4 billion and adjusted EBITDA of approximately €1.5 billion, positioning the business as a global media and entertainment powerhouse. The proposed transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close by the fall of 2026.
