Kirkland Advises Trinity Hunt-Backed Allvia on its Acquisition of HR Pals
Kirkland & Ellis advised Allvia, a workforce services platform backed by Trinity Hunt Partners, on its acquisition of HR Pals, a leading provider of outsourced HR administration and employee support services for employers of all sizes. Building on Allvia’s founding partnership with Melita Group, this investment further advances Allvia’s development of a scaled, integrated platform providing HR administration, benefits administration and workforce strategy solutions.
