Kirkland Advises ArcLight Capital Partners on Final Fund VIII Close of $3.9 Billion
Kirkland & Ellis advised ArcLight Capital Partners on the formation and final close of ArcLight Infrastructure Partners VIII, with ~$3.9 billion in total commitments, closing well over its initial $3 billion target. The fund continues ArcLight’s core focus on power, renewables, storage, transmission, midstream and digital infrastructure.
