Kirkland Advises Allvia on Acquisition of Smith Communication Partners

Kirkland & Ellis advised Allvia, a workforce services platform backed by Trinity Hunt Partners, on its acquisition of Smith Communication Partners—a consulting firm specializing in workforce strategy and employee communications. Building on its partnerships with Melita Group and HR Pals, Allvia’s addition of Smith expands the platform’s capabilities to help employers design, administer and communicate the programs their employees depend on. The transaction was announced on June 17, 2026.
