Kirkland Advises Finastra on Sale of Universal Banking to Pollen Street Capital
Kirkland & Ellis advised Finastra, a Vista Equity Partners portfolio company, on the carve-out sale of its global core banking software business, Universal Banking, to Pollen Street Capital. The transaction remains subject to customary regulatory approvals.
