Kirkland Advises Warburg Pincus on Acquisition of Network Plus

Kirkland & Ellis advised Warburg Pincus on its acquisition of Network Plus, one of the UK’s leading utility and infrastructure service providers, from OMERS Private Equity and shareholders.

The transaction remains subject to regulatory approval. It is intended that, following completion, Network Plus' leadership team and branding will remain in place, with no change to the Network Plus’ day-to-day delivery for clients.
