Kirkland Advises Bain Capital on Acquisition of Vitabiotics

Kirkland & Ellis is advising Bain Capital on the acquisition of Vitabiotics, a British nutraceutical company that specialises in vitamin and mineral-based food supplements, including its UK operations and the wider VB Group (including Meyer Organics in India, and its operations in Africa, including VB Egypt). Completion of the transaction remains subject to applicable closing conditions, including customary regulatory approvals.
