Kirkland Advises Coller Capital on Behrman Capital's $250 Million Continuation Vehicle Transaction
Kirkland & Ellis advised Coller Capital as the lead investor on Behrman Capital's $250 million continuation fund transaction involving Shur-Co, LLC, a leading provider of cargo covering and control systems and related accessories for the transportation industry. The continuation vehicle, Behrman Capital CV II L.P., alongside Behrman Capital VII L.P., acquired the interests in Shur-Co from Behrman Capital VI L.P. and other investors. The transaction was announced on July 1, 2026.
