Kirkland Advises Thoma Bravo on Financing for Acquisition of Majority Stake in padoa

Kirkland & Ellis advised Thoma Bravo on the financing of its acquisition of a majority stake in padoa, a European leader in occupational health, safety and prevention software. The investment is being made through Thoma Bravo's Europe Fund, with significant participation from padoa's co-founders and existing shareholders Five Arrows, the alternative assets arm of Rothschild & Co, and Kamet Ventures.
