Kirkland & Ellis represented Bernhard Capital Partners, an infrastructure and services-focused private markets investment firm, on its acquisition of Revenew, a leading provider of contract compliance, profit recovery and performance consulting services across the utility, energy, manufacturing, mining, pharmaceutical and chemical industries, to establish a Infrastructure-Focused Professional Services platform.

Headquartered in Houston, Revenew helps organizations uncover and recover value through contract compliance, supplier payment reviews, performance improvement and sales and use tax recovery. The company's technology-enabled delivery model and proprietary data platform support long-term customer relationships across the asset-intensive industries it supports.
