Kirkland Advises Argano on Acquisition of GoSaaS
Kirkland & Ellis represented Argano, the world’s first and largest Global Specialist Consultancy exclusively focused on the design and delivery of High-Performance Business Operations with an AI-forward approach to transformation, on the acquisition of GoSaaS, Inc., an Oracle-focused consulting firm. GoSaaS represents Argano’s fourteenth transaction since launching its transformational growth program announced in April 2025, and the thirtieth since the company’s founding in 2020. The transaction expands Argano’s capabilities across product and operational transformation, enabling the firm to deliver more comprehensive Oracle Cloud solutions.
