Kirkland Advises Invictus Capital Partners on Majority Investment by New York Life Investment Management

Kirkland & Ellis advised Invictus Capital Partners on a definitive agreement under which New York Life Investment Management will acquire a majority ownership stake in the firm. Invictus is a leading U.S. single-family residential credit investment manager with more than $20 billion in gross assets under management.
