Kirkland Advises Forward Consumer Partners on Acquisition of Welly

Kirkland & Ellis advised Forward Consumer Partners on definitive documentation with Unilever PLC (LSE: ULVR) to acquire Unilever’s Welly Health PBC business unit. Welly is a leading consumer healthcare brand which lives at the intersection of quality, design and performance. Through a carveout transaction, Welly will once again become an independent company, wholly-owned by Forward. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2026.
