Kirkland Represents Town Lane on Raising $1.9 Billion for Second Real Estate Investment Fund

Kirkland & Ellis advised Town Lane, a boutique real estate investment firm, on the final close of Town Lane Real Estate Opportunities Fund II (Fund II) at its hard cap with $1.9 billion in investor commitments, up from the $1.25 billion raised for its inaugural fund in 2024. Fund II surpassed its $1.5 billion target over the course of the summer and is backed by a diverse group of experienced institutional investors, including university endowments, charitable foundations, family offices and pension funds, with strong support from returning Fund I investors.
