Kirkland Advises Advent on Acquisition of Vermeg
Kirkland & Ellis is advising Advent on its acquisition of Vermeg, a global provider of technology for capital markets and life insurance, from Charterhouse Capital Partners, one of the longest-established private equity firms operating in Europe, and Vermeg’s founder, Badreddine Ouali.
