Kirkland was recognized for its work on the Restructuring Deal of the Year and High-Yield Deal of the Year at the IFLR Asia Awards. The restructuring award reflected the Firm’s work on the Kaisa Group restructuring, and the high-yield award recognized the Firm’s work on the Studio City high-yield offering.
