The survey highlights Kirkland's work representing Equity One on its $15.6 billion merger with Regency Centers Corporation. CPE determines the annual list based on a number of factors, including revenue performance, headcount, practice growth, and the size and nature of a firm’s top real estate deals. Kirkland has been ranked annually since 2012.
