Hari Pannum is an associate in the London office of Kirkland’s Technology & IP Transactions Practice Group. Hari primarily supports clients on business separation matters and complex carve-outs in the context of M&A transactions.
His practice focuses on negotiating strategic commercial contracts and regularly advises clients on global manufacturing and distribution arrangements, and IT and business process outsourcings. Hari also has experience in bespoke commercial agreements in the sports, media and entertainment sector.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Hari worked as an associate in the tech and digital team in the London office of Clifford Chance LLP.
