Jessica Ramirez is a litigator in the Salt Lake City office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She has represented clients at all stages of litigation and across a broad range of industries, including healthcare, technology and consumer goods. Her experience includes mass tort, securities, employment defense and breach of contract litigation.
Jessica currently serves on the Board of the Utah Minority Bar Association and the Salt Lake Legal Defender Association and has previously served on the board of the English Skills Learning Center.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Jessica was an associate at Ray Quinney & Nebeker in Salt Lake City, where she represented clients in employment defense and commercial litigation matters. She earned her J.D. from the University of Utah where she served as the executive articles editor for the Utah Law Review and graduated with High Honors. Jessica has also been recognized by her peers as a Mountain States Rising Star.
