• Trial counsel for debtors Celsius Network, LLC and affiliates in a multi-billion Chapter 11 reorganization of the cryptocurrency company, and associated litigation, in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. Following a multi-day confirmation trial, the plan was confirmed, with the debtors emerging from bankruptcy.
• Counsel for Tenaris Coiled Tubes LLC in antitrust litigation with a competitor, securing a summary judgment win at the district court level.
• Counsel for a major tech company in a governmental antitrust investigation.
• Counsel for Abbott in multi-district litigation in a successful motion to dismiss economic loss claims of consumers who alleged overpayment in purchases of powdered infant formula at supposed risk of contamination.
