Chris Talbot is a litigation associate in the Philadelphia office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on complex mass litigation, including national product liability and personal injury mass tort litigation.
Chris litigates complex civil matters in federal and state courts, including briefing dispositive and discovery motions, motions in limine and other pretrial motions, and appellate briefs; conducting fact and expert discovery; preparing witnesses for and participating in depositions; and developing litigation strategy. He has worked on large-scale MDLs and coordinated proceedings involving legal and regulatory issues of national and international importance. Chris also has experience representing companies in antitrust and government-enforcement litigation, pre-suit investigations involving state attorneys general and other federal and state authorities, shareholder derivative litigation and internal investigations.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Chris practiced at Williams & Connolly LLP and served as a law clerk to Judge Barrington D. Parker of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
