Kirkland Partner Luke Guerra Named a Leader of Influence by LA Business Journal

The Los Angeles Business Journal named partner Luke Guerra to its 2025 list of “Leaders of Influence: Thriving in Their 40s,” which honors professionals who have made a meaningful impact on the Los Angeles community.

Luke was recognized for his representation of TPG, Clearlake Capital Group, Vector Capital, Lovell Minnick Partners and a number of emerging next-generation firms. He represents buyers, sellers, and private equity funds in a variety of corporate transactions, including leveraged buyouts, public and private mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, restructurings, and recapitalizations.
