Kirkland Represents Tyree & D’Angelo Partners on Close of Fund IV

Kirkland & Ellis advised Tyree & D’Angelo Partners on the close of its fourth fund at its $650 million hard cap. TDP Fund IV LP closed on August 31, 2026, after less than two and a half months in market, and was fully allocated and significantly oversubscribed, drawing commitments from long-standing limited partners as well as new institutional investors. The firm’s third fund closed at $350 million.
