Kirkland & Ellis International LLP advised Multi Packaging Solutions, Inc., a portfolio company of Irving Place Capital, on the acquisition of CD Cartondruck AG and its subsidiaries in France, Poland and the United States. Cartondruck, headquartered in Obersulm, Germany, is a leading manufacturer of exclusive cartons for prominent brands in fragrance and cosmetics, and other exclusive luxury goods. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval.
