Kirkland Represents Excelligence Learning in Acquisition of Really Good Stuff

Kirkland & Ellis LLP represented Brentwood Associates, a leading consumer-focused private equity investment firm, and its portfolio company Excelligence Learning Corporation, which announced today that it acquired Really Good Stuff, Inc., a multi-channel marketer of innovative classroom products and teaching tools used primarily in grades K-8.
