Waud Capital Partners IV held its final closing in February 2016 and exceeded its $750 million target for limited partner commitments. Waud Capital focuses on control-oriented growth equity investments, industry consolidations, buyouts and recapitalizations, primarily in the healthcare services and business and technology services sectors.
