Kirkland Represents KKR on its Strategic Investment in UFC

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised KKR, a leading global investment firm, on its strategic investment in UFC, the world's premier professional mixed martial arts (MMA) organization. KKR’s investment in UFC is being made in connection with WME | IMG’s acquisition of UFC and as part of a consortium that also includes Silver Lake Partners, MSD Capital and MSD Partners.
