Kirkland Represents Windjammer Capital Investors on Acquisition of Hermetic Solutions Group

Kirkland & Ellis advised Windjammer Capital Investors, a national private equity investment firm, on its acquisition of Hermetic Solutions Group in partnership with management. Hermetic Solutions Group is a leading provider of advanced hermetic packaging and components designed to ensure critical electronic systems function reliably in demanding environments where it is essential to control for factors such as weight, space, vibration, temperature, moisture and off-gassing. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
