Kirkland Advises BC Partners on its Investment in Advanced

Kirkland & Ellis represented funds advised by BC Partners LLP (“BC Partners”), a leading international private investment firm, on its agreement to invest in Advanced, one of the UK’s leading providers of business software solutions. The funds from the investment by BC Partners will support Advanced’s growth aspirations to become the number-one provider of business software solutions in the UK and to expand its global footprint.

A global team from Kirkland & Ellis advised on the transaction including corporate, debt financing, technology & intellectual property, compliance, antitrust and tax drawn from our London, New York, and San Francisco offices.
