Kirkland Advises Thoma Bravo on £3.1 Billion Offer for Sophos Group PLC

Kirkland & Ellis advised Surf Buyer Limited, a newly formed company owned by funds managed by Thoma Bravo, on the £3.1 billion recommended cash acquisition of Sophos Group PLC.
