Kirkland Advises Kinderhook on Sale of Stratus Video to AMN Healthcare for $475 Million

Kirkland & Ellis advised Kinderhook Industries, LLC on its definitive agreement to sell Stratus Video, the leading provider of video remote language interpretation services for the healthcare industry, to AMN Healthcare for a purchase price of $475 million. The acquisition, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions, is expected to close by early March 2020.
