Kirkland Represents CapVest on Acquisition of Datasite

Kirkland advised funds managed by CapVest Partners LLP, an international private equity firm, on its agreement to acquire Datasite Global Corporation, a leading Software-as-a-Service (“SaaS”) provider for the corporate transactions and M&A industry, empowering dealmakers around the world with the tools they need to succeed across the entire deal lifecycle. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in Q4 2020.
